Keep Your Customers Coming Back For More
If you are in business, you have certainly come to understand how important it is to keep the customers you already have. No matter how many times you have heard it said that 80% of your business comes from 20% of your customers, it never hurts to hear it again (and again, and again!). This means that it is extremely important to keep this "20%" happy enough that they keep coming back for more, and it is important to convert new customers into repeat users! One area where a lot of businesses fail is by focusing too much on the new trying to get them in and trying to get them to come back. New customers should not be your first priority, because - although new customers are important - they are not your main source of profit. There are several ways to keep your repeat customers happy, but the best way is to find out what they say! As you get to know your customers, you will also get to know their opinions regarding the things you are doing with your business. This is a great benefit, as you can find out what they like, and you can also find out what they dislike! A lot of large businesses avoid this step, thinking that it is impossible to get to know customers; and while this is true when it comes to getting to know them "individually," there are still such ways as customer surveys, customer service, and online response forms that will allow you to get to know what your customers are thinking. You can begin to go after new customers once you have made sure that you have built a foundation for keeping your current customers happy. This is where advertising comes in handy, but the best way to keep these customers once they come to you is by creating loyalty! This is easy for small companies, as - again - you can get to know your customers as individuals, and your business will continue to grow! And large companies can ensure that new customers will keep coming back if they create a sense of community and of familiarity. It is easy for businesses to fail, but if you learn how to keep customers coming back, it is just as easy to learn how to thrive as a business! Facebook Marketing Tool Click Image
